When it comes to subduing with a difficulty level Berserker, it is a tactic to constantly wrap around behind the bear and use parry and avoidance properly and attack steadily. Anyway, it will be a long-term battle, so it is important not to lose concentration!

Where to play against the blue waterside bear

The place is a small island in the northern waters of Norway. From Formburg, take a boat and proceed to the right on the sea route to the south of Holder Filke.

I discovered it when I returned to Norway by pressing the △ button on the map screen after moving to England.

You can think of the blue waterside bears as only two types, a yellow sign attack and a red sign attack. If you are scared and take a distance, a one-shot deadly rush attack will come, so basically you will fight with a tactic that turns behind in close combat.

It is a little dangerous to face each other in front of you. Especially after the stamina gauge has been scraped off, a sudden rush attack will come despite the proximity. I lost many times with this. 😓

～Red sign attack to confirm the opening～

The red sign attack will come with almost confirmation as soon as it starts. If you keep the close combat and turn behind, the red sign attack is almost confirmed and this attack pattern. This attack seems to have two Atari judgments!

The first is an attack that covers with both arms, and the second is an arm swing, but the body bounces a little. If you avoid it so that it wraps around behind you, the bear’s butt will also be judged to be atari at the time of the second bounce, so it will often be damaged. 💦

When attacking with a red sign, pay attention to the sense of distance and avoid steps so that you do not get too close.

～Parry is important～

Parry occupies a very important weight in the boss class battle of this game.

The blue waterside bear makes heavy use of yellow sign attacks as if to ask for parry. Fortunately, bear attacks are relatively easy to match with parry, so practice and boldly take parry!

～If damaged, use plants to recover～

There are several recovery plants in the battle area. When damaged, do not use the right arrow key to recover, but prioritize recovery with plants as much as possible.

It’s a trivial matter, but it’s less likely that you won’t be able to recover in the final stages.
