How to Strengthen Crossbow | Generate Ancient Technology!

At Fort Dawnguard, talking to “Soline Chelard” will generate “ancient technology”, but the following conditions must be met for that.

② Clear the quest “New Order”.

By satisfying the above two points, “Soline Chelard” will appear at Fort Dawnguard. It happens when you talk to her and select “Are there any help?“

Quest “Ancient Technology”

Ancient technology is a quest for Soline Cherald. The job is to collect the designated blueprints and deliver them to Soline, which consists of a total of 6 quests.

In other words, you can get a total of 6 blueprints, including the crossbow reinforced blueprints you get in the main quest “Dawn Guard”, and forge them.

Progress of the quest “Ancient Technology”

This quest will all proceed in the same way. If the theme is “collecting the blueprint of the reinforced crossbow” that will be selected first, the flow will be as follows.

① Talk to Soline and select “Are there any help?”

The quest “Ancient Technology” will occur.

② Collect the blueprint at the designated destination

When you select the generated “Ancient Technology” on the menu screen, the corresponding button for checking the destination on the map changes to white at the bottom left of the screen.

Press this to check the destination on the map and move to the nearest place where fast travel is possible.

After that, collect the blueprints and go outside.

③ Deliver the blueprint to Soline

If Soline is asleep, she is lying in bed in a room that goes straight into Fort Dawnguard. In other cases, if you proceed as shown in the map below, there should be Soline working at the smithy.

If you pass the blueprint, the quest will be cleared.

④ Talk to Soline and select “Are there any help?”

Talk again and select “Are there anything you can help?” To start a new “ancient technique”.

⑤ New ancient technology is born

When you open the menu screen, you will see the completed ancient technology. Scroll up and select the newly started “Ancient Technology”, check the destination on the map, and move to a nearby fast travel.
