Dragon Bain is cursed with the effect “40 points of additional damage to dragons. 10 points of additional damage to other opponents.” As you can see in the image below, soul filling is a necessary one-handed weapon.

Since it is a level-dependent weapon, only the weapon damage value will be confirmed when you enter the “Sky Haven Basilica“. There is no effect on other figures.

By the way, it seems that the weapon damage value is 43 at Dovakin level 46 and above. I’m pretty low. 😅

Where to get

You can get it from “Marcarus” to “Sky Haven Basilica” located almost to the east. However, in order to enter the “Sky Haven Shrine”, it is necessary to complete the main quest “The Disaster of Arduin“.

“The Woe of Arduin” is the main quest in the second half, and as far as I know, it is the 12th quest.

Sky Haven Basilica

The “Sky Haven Basilica”, which you will visit in the main quest “The Disaster of Arduin”, is a place that is dim and never has good visibility. And this time, it will be a visit after clearing the quest.

In other words, you can get it even if you collect the main quest “Arduin’s Disaster” at the time of execution or come to collect it at a later date.

However, please note that weapon performance. The level-dependent weapon “Dragon Bain” depends on the Dovakin level at the time of entering the shrine in “Arduin’s Woe”.

As I said many times, if you want to get the best performance, make sure you reach level 46 before proceeding with “Arduin’s Disaster”.

Location of Dragon Bain

The inside of the cathedral is not complicated. From the place where you arrive by fast travel, you can go up the stairs in front of you. There is a pick-up place with a long desk at the top, and head to the small room on the left side.

When you enter the small room, the first thing that catches your eye is the swords lined up on the left wall. When you move the cursor over it, a weapon named “Blaze Sword”.

I personally like the form similar to a Japanese sword, and if you have blacksmithing skills and curse skills, you can strengthen it into a weapon that can fight well.

If you turn your gaze to the right, you will see a long desk in front of the stone plate of the dragon painting, where you can see some weapons and books. After seeing the Blaze Sword, it’s easy to think that the sword on the table is the same, but this is the “Dragon Bain”.

In fact, when I visited when performing the quest, I found out about its existence by browsing the internet at a later date and visited again.

Strengthening Dragon Bain

Dragon Bain is treated as a cursed weapon, so blacksmithing level 60 is required. It will be strengthened by consuming one mercury ingot, but it will be more difficult to raise the blacksmithing level than obtaining an ingot.
