How to open the eye chest

How to open a manhole

When you exit the library annex, you will see a bridge in front of you. There is a manhole on this bridge, and four devices are installed on the handrail. The figure and Roman numerals marked on the manhole, along with the mechanism installed on the handrail, rotates and matches the Roman numerals to open the door.

To spin the contraption, you need to light a fire. As you can see in the two images below, this act does not light fires with basic magic, but fires light with Incentio.
