Hogwarts Legacy | Ghost of Love

The Ghost of Love is a side quest that can be unlocked by obtaining a certain map. The Ghost of Love is a side quest unlocked by obtaining the map attached below. “In order to obtain this map, a certain event must occur.” The process is briefly described below the map, so please refer to it.

How to get the map

1. Complete Merlin’s Trials.
2. Different events occur depending on the dormitory you belong to
3. By progressing the event, pick up the map that is dropped during the event

Trials of Merlin is one of the challenges that can be unlocked by helping a character who is being entangled with two men east of Hogsfield Village in the South Hogwarts District. “See the link below for details!”

The map I got shows the location of the image below. It’s located just north of Hogwarts, and it’s a place you’ve passed through before going to Hogsmeade in the main story.

If you go to the location and look at it from above with a broom, you should see that it matches what is drawn on the map. As you can see in the image below, you can see the four keywords forest, entrance, bridge, and ruins.

As you approach the bridge, you’ll find a love letter on the ground. Looking at the contents, it is an invitation to a picnic, and later it turns out that there is actually a connection between this love letter and the ghost of love.

Cornish pasty is a food that originated in England. It looks like pie dough, but unlike pie, pasty is made by putting fillings on a flat, round pastry, folding and wrapping it, and then making creases on the edges to close it.

It seems that the ingredients inside vary depending on the region, such as beef, potatoes, and onions.

To solve a mystery

Looking at the map, you can deduce that you use Lumos to cross the bridge. However, when the sun is out, nothing happens, just the chirping of birds. When the sun goes down and night falls, candles will appear as shown in the image below.

The candle makes its way into the Forbidden Forest. “After that, all you have to do is follow the candle.”

At the end of the bridge, many candles appear, and there are desks and chairs on the bridge, which are believed to have been used by the owner of the love letter. “It’s not clear if it was an incognito date for some reason, or if he liked the forbidden forest situation.” A chest is installed next to it, and the contents are the exterior of the muffler.

The reward is a muffler exterior. It is one of the items used to change the appearance, and you can change it by moving the cursor to the equipped muffler and pressing the square button on the PlayStation controller.
