As I’ve said many times, in this game you control a dwarf who is smaller than an insect. I personally think that being able to explore the world of Smalland from a perspective that can never be experienced in everyday life is something that should be highly appreciated.

At the start of the game, you can turn ON/OFF the setting of Beast Full Mode every time, and if you start with this ON and start, the insects will not attack unless you attack from here. On the other hand, if you start off, there is a risk of being attacked unless you keep an eye on the insects. You can feel the difference between ON and OFF, so for those who are not good at action, it is a specification that will make you die at once.

Taming, which is often heard in survival games, is also possible in this work. There are various types of insects that have become companions, such as those that can be used as vehicles, those that can be used as luggage carriers, and those that can be used as escorts. 　There is a sense of excitement that reminds me of my childhood when I can make friends with insects that have been faithfully reproduced.

You can enjoy various crafting elements such as weapons, tools, potions, food, and equipment, and neglecting these will hinder the progress of the game. Personally, the crafting part melts the most time, and it’s also a happy factor that makes me immerse myself in the game. “There’s no denying the possibility that this number will increase in future updates, but at present it’s neither too much nor too little.”

It’s still early access, so it’s still an unfinished game. However, I personally feel that it has reached a level where it can be fully enjoyed and played. We are still updating the bug countermeasures, so we have judged that it can be played with relative peace of mind.

Considering the cost performance, I personally think it’s a game that can get a high score. I think that it may be a little unsatisfactory for advanced survivalists, but for beginners like me, I feel that it is a work that is very easy to approach and teaches the fun of survival to the challenge of the survival genre.

Insects reproduced realistically will appear, so depending on the situation, it may become a game to choose people. “Especially for those who don’t like cockroaches and spiders, there must be extreme resistance.”

The world seen from the perspective of a dwarf is full of fantasy and can be enjoyed just by moving the characters. If insects aren’t your thing, I think it’s great fun to reminisce about your childhood and interact with insects, fight fierce battles, and explore the world of Smalland as you please.
