Skyrim SE | Treatment of Vampires | <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the troublesome diseases in Skyrim is called “Sanguinea Sucking”<\/span><\/strong>. If you receive a “drain spell” in a battle with a vampire, it will develop with a low probability, and if you leave it unattended, it will become a vampire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, we will introduce the treatment method when you become a vampire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re new to The Elder Scrolls series like me, you probably don’t know about the vampire-like illness called “sucking”.<\/span><\/strong> It was my own research, but I would like to briefly explain about vampire formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About vampires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As you progress through the main quests, you will learn about the existence of vampires, and you will be attacked by vampires in dedicated quests and in the city at night. In many battles with vampires, you should be able to see something red with your left hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a life-sucking spell called “drain”<\/span><\/strong>, and if you receive it, you will have a low probability of developing a disease called “sanguinea hematophage”<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The troublesome thing is that it is hard to notice even if you have a sanguinea hematophage. After the onset of sanguinea aspiration, if you spend 24 hours x 3 days without sucking blood, you will become a “vampire”<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it develops, NPCs will make worried conversations such as “bad complexion”<\/span><\/strong>. If you are a beginner (in my experience), you will notice the changes that the NPCs you meet are worried about, but you don’t know what they mean, and time just goes by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First stage onset<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When vampires develop, they change into a vampire-specific constitution. The common features regardless of the stage are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb 100% disease resistance <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb 100% poison resistance <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Night stalker’s footsteps (25% UP stealth effect)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Night king (25% UP illusion spell effect)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Vampire servant (undead the dead) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Vampire’s Sight (strengthening eyesight in the dark) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Vampire absorption (drain spell that absorbs life from the target)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sounds good, but in the sun (outdoors during the day), your health, magic, and stamina will not recover, and each value will decrease by 15 points. It’s very troublesome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second stage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sucking blood from a sleeping NPC can bring the disease back to the first stage. However, no matter how much blood is sucked, hematophage cannot be completely cured. That’s right, because you’re sucking blood. \ud83d\udca7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third stage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the ability score changes, it is the same that you can recover the illness by sucking blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fourth stage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then one morning, the screen turns red and the keyword vampire appears on the left shoulder. For the first time here, you will notice something wrong with your body. \ud83d\ude13 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability score that fluctuates at each stage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Effect of sunlight = decrease in physical strength, magic, and stamina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vampire Temptation = People and creatures up to level 10 will not join the battle for 30 seconds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vampire Absorption = Absorbs 3 points of physical strength from the target every second. Cost is 10 Magicka \/ sec (Amateur spell of destruction)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method of treatment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now, let me introduce a treatment method for “sucking”. By releasing and clearing a certain quest, the treatment of hematophage will be generalized. In short, once this method is used, it can be treated as many times as necessary when it reoccurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Release the quest “Awakening of the Dawn”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

“Mosal” in the northern part of Skyrim will be the land of quest release. When you arrive at Mosal, let’s open the gate of the inn “Moorside”. Talk to the innkeeper “Jona” and select “Have you heard any rumors?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will release the quest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
